Proceedings

The Francisco de Vitoria University and the Joseph Ratzinger Foundation annually convene the Open Reason Awards aimed at recognizing research and teaching innovation work carried out from an expanded reason, as proposed by Ratzinger-Benedict XVI. And also annually they organize an international congress in which professors and researchers from all over the world and all areas of knowledge meet and share advances, difficulties and proposals for a transformation of university work from the broadening of reason. Here are the presentations of the winners and a selection of the communications presented to the Congress. All of this reflects an authentic university search, carried out under Ratzinger’s inspiration, integrating reason and faith on the path towards the unity of knowledge, relating particular sciences with philosophy and theology and without dodging the underlying questions.
